According to multiple sources, Saul Niguez will join Chelsea on loan with an option to buy.
Chelsea and Atletico Madrid have reached an agreement for a €5m loan fee and €35M to buy, as per Fabrizio Romano.
Saúl has agreed personal terms with the club and is expected to be in London soon to sign the contract.
