#D1Arkema: Onyinyechi Zogg – “We fought hard but unlucky not to score”.

Nigerian international and Soyaux defender, Onyinyechi Zogg played 46 minutes in her club’s 1-0 narrow loss at Fleury 91.

Karczewska scored the lone goal of the game in the 39th minute and ASJ Soyaux were unable to recover despite Piga’s red card for Fleury-91 in the 62nd minute.

Speaking to OJBsport.com after the loss, Onyinyechi Zogg believed her side could have equalized but were unlucky.

“We pushed forward and stuck to our game plan then we conceded. We played really well, fought back but we are just not lucky to score today.” – she said.

ASJ Soyaux Charente are 9th on the table with just one win in four games and will next face Oparanozie’s Dijon on October 2nd.
