Asisat Oshoala came off the bench to score a goal in Barcelona Femeni’s 9-1 victory over Osinachi Ohale and Deportivo Alaves in Round five-fixture of the 2021/2022 Primera Iberdrola season.
Oshoala replaced Fridolina Rolfö in the 64th minute and converted Barcelona’s ninth goal in the 84th minute.
The Nigerian forward has now scored in her fourth consecutive game for European Champions, FC Barcelona. The goal was Asisat Oshoala’s seventh in five league games for FC Barcelona this season.
Barcelona had to come from a goal down – conceding its first league goal of the season– to score nine goals which took the game beyond Alaves’ reach.
Osinachi Ohale played full 90 minutes for Alaves as her side suffered their consecutive defeat in the league after last weekend’s 3-2 loss to Ajibade’s Atletico de Madrid.
FC Barcelona maintained its perfect start to the league season and occupy the first position on the league table with a maximum of 15 points from five games.
