Members of government, COCAN members and football officials are all allied at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex for the official presentation of the TotalErnegies 2021 AFCON anthem titled “Passionate of Football” and the official mascot “Mola“.


Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex was transformed into a cultural village with the presentation of some colourful sounds and rythm as fans vibrates to the rhythm of the TotalErnegies AFCON 2021 anthem “Foufou”, accompanied by the vibrant of “Mola” our mascot.

Mola –literally translated as brotherhood– will be on national mini-tour from December 9 – 22 across all the 10 regions of the country. The Mascot will be paraded across the streets to give a feel of the AFCON. The schedule was published by COCAN on Saturday, December 4, 2021.

The official AFCON mascot leaves for the other five towns expected to host the AFCON, notably the Central town, Essos, Ngoa Ekelle, Damas, Madagascar and many more.
Also, delegations from three participating countries, Senegal, Gambia, and Mali are already in Cameroon to check on their lodging facilities.
