Lagos FA Cup: FC Robo Queens are 2021 champions

NWFL Premiership side, FC Robo Queens demolished Young Talents 99 by 4-0 in the final of the Winners Golden Bet (WGB) Lagos FA Cup on Tuesday, at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.

The ‘Lagos Landladies’ opened the scoring through Monday Gift in the 27th minute, before Maria Oke doubled the lead four minutes (4mins) later.

Folashade Ijamilusi added another one in the 35th minute as FC Robo took the first half advantage.

Fasilat Adeyemo could have added another one in the 52nd minute but the woodwork came to the rescue of the Young Talents.

Few minutes later, Lawal Taiwo finally made it 4-0 after looping past the Young Talents goalkeeper.

With this victory FC Robo Queens will once again represent Lagos State at the next AITEO FA Cup after losing in the last season’s final.
