The TotalEnergies Morocco 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) draw has been rescheduled to a new date.
Recall that the date of the draw for the 12-Nation tournament was earlier scheduled for April 25th, as announced by CAF, but the football body has on Friday, April 15, released a new date, it will now take place on Friday, 29 April 2022.
The ceremony will be held at the Mohamed VI Complex in Rabat, Morocco at 20h30 GMT, and will air live on all CAF platforms.
The top four teams will then qualify to represent the continent in the 2023 FIFA World Cup slated for Australia and New Zealand.
